Our individual, personal service means you will find all your equity release questions and requirements dealt with as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Retirement Plus only accepts business from customers who have received advice from their own financial adviser who must be registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

Retirement Plus is a trading name of Retirement Plus Ltd which arranges and administers the equity release Property Plan provided by Retirement Plus Property Plans Ltd. The Property Plan is a type of Home Reversion Plan and Home Reversion Plans are regulated by the FSA. Both companies are authorised and regulated by the FSA.

Retirement Plus is a member of SHIP (Safe Home Income Plans).
