If you wish to apply less than the whole value of your property to the Property Plan you can. If you are considering applying less than the whole value of your property make sure that you tick that box and enter a percentage of 5.00% or greater that you would like to keep as a protected share in the property Plan. If the maximum amount we will pay shows as £0 this is due to either one or both of you being below our minimum age of 65 or the maximum amount being below our minimum of £25,000.
