	Fred Paton Head of Sales Covering Scotland and the North of England Fred has spent many years in the mortgage industry in a variety of management roles. He has had successful involvement with product design and development. Companies Fred has worked for include, Mortgage Express, SPML and the Royal Bank of Scotland. He was most recently the Senior Relationship Manager for a major equity release provider and had responsibility for the development of distribution and sales strategy.
	Chris MacMahon Senior Relationship Manager Covering the South West of England and South Wales Chris is responsible for the South West and South Wales in his position as Senior Relationship Manager for Retirement Plus. He has 30 years experience in mortgage lending. In 2003 he helped establish the sub-prime lender Infinity in the position of Sales Director.
	Roger Oldbury Senior Relationship Manager Covering the Midlands, West Midlands and North Wales Roger is responsible for the Midlands and North Wales. He has more than 30 years financial services experience, having held senior management positions at Abbey Life and Zurich Financial Services.
