1) The Sales Process
Open the Retirement Plus website www.retirement-plus.co.uk

Login by entering User Name and Password

Obtain a KFI and DIP

Complete and print an Application Form

Fill in any missing information and get your client to sign the Application Form and the Customer Verification Form

Post the completed Application Form, Customer Verification Form and valuation cheque together with certified copies of:
1) Proof of person
2) Proof of address
3) Proof of age

Hit the 'Application in Post' button on our website so we know it's on its way – we can track receipt
2) The Offer
Process
We review the Application, complete Credit and Land Registry searches

We obtain a Valuation

We issue an Offer

3) The Completion Process
Our solicitors send an instruction pack to your client's solicitors

Your client's solicitors discuss the documents and Property Plan with your client

When your client is happy to proceed, the documents are signed and returned to our solicitors, together with buildings insurance details

Our solicitors and your client's solicitors agree a completion date

Our solicitors obtain the funds from us and send them to your client's solicitors the day before completion

Your client receives the amount released from their solicitor

and finally ...
We send your client a Welcome Pack and advise them that the Property Plan is live
